Our Loyalty Card launches 1 October 2026
As part of Daily Bread’s birthday celebrations on Thursday 1st October, we’re launching our new Daily Bread Loyalty Card.
Why are we doing this?
Quite simply, we want to say thank you.
Daily Bread has been part of Northampton since 1980, and throughout that time we have depended on the support of our customers. As an independent worker co-operative, every purchase you make with us helps keep Daily Bread trading, supports local jobs and allows us to continue offering ethical, vegetarian and vegan wholefoods, refills and environmentally friendly products.
We also know that many of you choose to shop with us regularly, and we wanted to give something back to those customers who continue to support us.
Our new Loyalty Card is a simple way of doing that.
How it works
Spend £40 or more in a single transaction and receive a stamp.
Collect 6 stamps and receive:
10% OFF a future shop!
There is no complicated points system — just a straightforward reward for shopping with us.
Pick up your card from 1st October
Simply ask for your Daily Bread Loyalty Card at the till and start collecting your stamps.

Daily Bread Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions
Our Loyalty Card is our way of rewarding customers who regularly shop with Daily Bread.
Earning stamps
- You will receive one loyalty stamp when you spend £40 or more in a single qualifying transaction.
- The £40 qualifying spend is calculated after any discounts or other offers have been applied.
- A maximum of one stamp is awarded per transaction, regardless of the total amount spent.
- Separate transactions cannot be combined to reach the £40 minimum spend.
- Your Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase for a stamp to be awarded.
- Stamps cannot normally be added retrospectively.
Online purchases
The Loyalty Card scheme currently applies to purchases made in our Northampton shop only.
Online purchases, delivery charges and other website transactions do not currently qualify for loyalty stamps.
We intend to extend the Loyalty Card scheme to online purchases in the future and will update these terms if we do.
Your 10% reward
Once you have collected six stamps, your completed Loyalty Card entitles you to 10% off one qualifying purchase at Daily Bread.
The completed card must be presented when claiming the discount and will be retained or marked as redeemed once the reward has been used.
The 10% reward must be used within 12 months of receiving your sixth stamp.
The 10% discount:
- Can be used on products that are already discounted or on promotion;
- May be used alongside other offers and discounts unless a particular promotion specifically states otherwise;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be transferred onto another card;
- Applies to the amount actually being paid for qualifying goods.
Exclusions
The loyalty discount does not apply to:
- Delivery or courier charges;
- Gift vouchers or gift cards;
- Any item or service specifically stated to be excluded from the Loyalty Card scheme.
Any exclusions will be made clear at the point of sale wherever reasonably possible.
Returns and refunds
If goods purchased as part of a qualifying £40 transaction are subsequently returned and the refund reduces the original qualifying spend below £40, Daily Bread reserves the right to cancel the associated stamp where reasonably practicable.
Where goods bought using the 10% loyalty discount are returned, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Lost or damaged cards
Please look after your Loyalty Card. We cannot normally replace stamps on a lost or damaged card unless we are able to reasonably verify the stamps already collected.
Changes to the Loyalty Scheme
Daily Bread may occasionally need to change or withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme.
We will give customers reasonable notice of any significant changes wherever practicable and will publish changes in store and/or on our website.
Rewards already earned on a completed card will be honoured for a reasonable period following any change or withdrawal of the scheme.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
