2 tbsp Chia seeds |
120 grammes Frozen or fresh blueberries |
2 tbsp Water |
3 tbsp Agave or maple syrup |
Place the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over a medium flame to soften the blueberries. Mash with a fork a little to release the flavour and juices.
Transfer to a bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours to thicken.
Store in the fridge for 3-4 days and add a little water to thin out, if desired.
