Vegan Chocolate Fudge Treat

How about a special gift to a vegan friend? This fudge is so easy to make, and you can add whatever extras you like to make a really lovely treat.

Fudge

  • 1 tin of coconut condensed milk
  • 300 grams dark, vegan chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Extras to add to the top if desired

  • Cacao nibs
  • Crushed Oreo biscuits
  • Chopped nuts
  • Seeds
  • Goji Berries
  • Dried Fruit
  • Dusting of cocoa powder

Vegan Chocolate Fudge Treat Directions

Put the condensed milk, chocolate and oil in a glass bowl and heat over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and melted.

Pour into a well-greased, small baking dish or loaf tin (or line with paper) and scatter over the extras you have chosen. Leave to set for 2-3 hours in either the fridge or freezer.

Remove from the tin and cut into pieces.

This will keep in the fridge for 10-14 days.

Note: this is gloriously sticky so best stored in the fridge!
