Speedy Vegan “Pulled” Pork

This version is for those who have no time to do much preparation and no time for searching for a list of ingredients in the cupboard! Mix it, put in the oven and leave for hours to develop in to a lovely, soft, sweet and tangy dish.

Quick Pulled

  • 1 Tin Young, unripe Jack Fruit
  • 1 Onion, halved and sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 or 3/4 Jar of any BBQ Sauce of your choice

Speedy Vegan “Pulled” Pork Directions

Drain the jack fruit from the tin. Chop into thin slices, seeds, roots and everything.

Take a large piece of foil and rub the oil on to the centre.
