4 tbsp oats |
4 tbsp cocoa nibs |
2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds |
2 tbsp ground flaxseed |
1 tbsp peanut or other nut butter (no added sugar, crunchy or smooth) |
2 tbsp maple syrup |
1 tbsp vanilla extract |
Combine the above ingredients in a bowl and divide in to 8 balls. Place in the fridge and eat when you need a hit of energy!

Such a gem to have this shop in Northampton. Sells local organic foods as well as hard-to-find healthfoods. Quite on the pricey side but I can understand why. Staff are always so lovely and the place is kept clean and organised. Been shopping here for months now and have had no issues. Brilliant shop.
