Overnight Chia and Oat Pudding

Our lovely Sophie has created this quick and healthy sugar-free dessert that can be prepared the night before. Ideal for breakfast and can be taken on the go, perfect to take to work.

Ingredients

FOR THE PUDDING

2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Handful of Oats
Milk of Choice
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

TOPPINGS OF CHOICE

Granola
Blueberries
Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
Cacao Nibs

Directions

1. Place the chia seeds, cinnamon and oats in a jar. 

2. Fill the jar with milk of your choice to around halfway (you can judge this, it will thicken overnight).

3. Leave in the fridge overnight and top to your hearts content.

Cinnamon help to manage blood sugar levels.
