Chia pudding

  • 50ml Chia seeds
  • Handfull Blackberries
  • Handfull Raspberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Freshly cut mint

Chia Marie Pudding Directions

Place chia seeds in a bowl, together with the raw cacao powder and pour in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water.

Stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 5 minutes before stirring thoroughly again.

Check that the consistency is as you like it. If too thick add a little more lukewarm water.

Finally top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy.
