These flakes provide a rich source of Iron, vitamin D, B vitamins and Zinc. They are a natural food grown on fortified molasses under carefully controlled conditions with the addition of yeast treated with ultra-violet light in order to naturally increase its vitamin D content.
Delicious sprinkled on pasta, soups, salads, stews and casseroles. Iron & Vitamin D Engevita yeast flakes are also gluten free and vegan friendly.
